Mercedes-Benz on Google+: Mercedes-Benz further expands its involvement in social networks

To coincide with the start of the expansion of the Google social network to include company and brand profiles, Mercedes-Benz now has its own profile on Google+. In a video message, Dr Dieter Zetsche, CEO of Daimler AG, welcomes the fans and interested parties of the brand with the three-pointed star. In addition, the community can look forward to a spectrum of information and experiences centred around Mercedes-Benz, which is constantly updated and expanded.

The Stuttgart-based premium brand is already a part of the Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, foursquare and Vimeo communities. Moreover, it has its own platforms, such as and the Mercedes-Benz Reporter Blog ( ). With its presence in Google+ Mercedes-Benz is expanding its involvement in social networks even further. Google+ structures the interactions with persons, companies and brands online in a life-like manner, and offers a broad spectrum of social contact and dialogue elements.
